END-USER'S LICENSE AGREEMENT for BiQui (referred to as "Software Product" or "Software" hereafter)

The BitMultiplikator End-User License Agreement (EULA) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (either a natural or legal person) and BitMultiplikator (as represented by Ingo Grebe, Iktinou 39 [Ικτίνου], 12243 Egaleo [Αιγάλεω], Athens, Greece) concerning the BiQui Software Product and any related software components, media and electronical documents. By installation or by usage of the Software Product in any other way you agree to these terms and conditions. This license agreement represents the entire agreement between you and BitMultiplikator (referred to as License Giver hereafter) in relation to your use of the Software. These terms supersede all prior agreements between the parties. If you do not accept the Terms, you cannot install and use the Software Product.

The Software Product is copyrighted and protected by international copyright agreements and other laws concerning intellectual property and agreements. You undertake not to copy the Software or any content accessed as part thereof (pictures, data, etc.).

1. Grant of license.

BitMultiplikator grants you the non-transferable right to install and use the Software on your personal device.

2. Description of other Rights or Restrictions.

(A) You may not change or delete any copyright notices in the Software.

(B) You undertake not to disassemble, de-compile, reverse engnineer or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the Software.

(C) The Software is offered free of charge by the License Giver. You undertake not to rent, lease, sub-license, loan, merge with any other programs, adapt, vary or modify the Software.

(D) Any update of the Software product is also liable to the terms and conditions of the EULA.

(E) You agree to respect any laws relating to the use of the Software. This includes not submitting questions coming from other sources liable to copyright.

3. Contents created by players.

Contents that are created by players are mainly the player's name or his profile picture. These are visible to other players.

The players may not create profiles or player's names or any other content of a sexually explicit or graphic nature or promoting hate or violence. The contents must not threaten, mob, harass or attack anyone.

Contents must also always be appropriate for children of any age.

Players are encouraged to report any content not appropriate.

BitMultiplikator reserves the right to delete any inappropriate content without prior notice and without stating reasons or even close the account. In this case the licence expires.

4. Termination.

Notwithstanding any other rights BitMultiplikator may terminate this License Agreement if you do not comply with the Terms and Conditions stated in this EULA. Should such a case occur you undertake to delete the Software Product from you device(s) completely.

BitMultiplikator reserves the right to withdraw the Software from the market or not to maintain it. Should such a case occur your license terminates.

5. Copyright.

All titles of the Software Product including all that may not be subject to copyright and all copies of them are property of Bitmultiplikator. Any content created through use of the Software (especially through writing or submittal of new questions) become intellectual property of BitMultiplikator. Any rights not explicitly granted are reserved by BitMultiplikator.

6. Exclusion of Warranties.

BitMultiplikator explicitly denies any warranties or conditions for the Software Product. The Software Product is provided „as is“ and „as available“ and the entire risk as to quality, performance, availability, security, accuracy is yours to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. No warranty is made for any damage to your device of loss of data or content that result from any material or use of third party services (i.e. virus, worm, time- or logic bombs, trojan horses and rootkits and any of the like). BitMultipliator explicitly denies to grant any warranties or guarantees to users or third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability.

BitMultiplikator shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not litmited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses by using our software. BitMultiplikator shall not be liable to you for any damage resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresantion or any other liability.

8. Terms and Conditions of Third Parties.

Certain materials of the Software Product come from third parties and other copyrighted material. Your use of them will be subject to the terms and conditions of these respective providers.

9. Severability Clause.

Should individual terms of this Agreement be ineffective or lose their effectiveness due to later circumstances or should a loophole emerge in this Agreement, the legal effectiveness of the other provisions is not affected. The invalid contractual provision shall be replaced or the loophole filled by an appropriate provision which comes as close as possible to what the parties to the Agreement would have wanted, had they considered the point.

10. Modification of EULA.

This EULA dates from 2020-27-07. Since the game and the website are constantly developed and may thus be modified, a modification of this EULA may become necessary anytime.
